The Dominican Laity is organised into Fraternities which meet monthly for Prayer and Study, to share and plan ideas for Preaching and to promote and support our commitment to living in Community.

Many Lay Dominicans travel a long way to their nearest Fraternity. Sometimes, after attending a distant Fraternity for some time, enough interest and commitment makes the formation of a more local Fraternal Group a realistic possibility. A Fraternal Group is smaller than a Fraternity.
