Who Will Attend the Chapter?

• The President of each Fraternity or his/her representative
• Representatives elected or selected by and from the professed members of each Fraternity (1 from a Fraternity with up to 8 professed, 2 if 9-16, 3 from >17). Members of the Fraternities will be involved in the work done in advance of the Chapter meeting and this will inform the groups in electing their representatives.
• Up to 2 members of a Fraternal Group
• The Lay Provincial President ex officio
• The Lay Provincial Council ex officio
• The Provincial Promoter and the Sister who attends the Provincial Council (without the right to vote).
• 1 or 2 representatives of the Religious Assistants (without the right to vote)

Who pays?

This section applies to the elective Chapter in October 2026 as well as to the June/July Chapter.

The Province will be responsible for costs. Delegates should not be expected to pay own costs (although some may choose to do so, in effect as a donation).

Immediate costs can be met from our existing bank account balance and the Barbara Knight Fund, but this will then be significantly depleted, and we will review the levy to ensure we retain sufficient funds.
